“The Festival at Twilight”

The original painting is created upon an old, reclaimed piece of wood. I used oil, cold wax, embroidery, and solvents to intuitively build up the painting layer by layer.

This work was inspired by the tiny residents we may not always see in the garden - bugs, fairies, and so many more. This painting is from my Stories on Wood Collection.

Printed with a professional grade printer, I use archival pigment inks on fine art paper. Therefore, do not place in direct sunlight unless framed with UV protective glass. 10” x 8” prints will fit nicely into a standard 10” x 8” frame. And for the 14” x 11” prints they will fit nicely into a standard 14” x 11” frame. 

My images are reproduced according to the scale/proportions of the original painting. Therefore, each print will have around a 1/2" white border (maybe more depending on the original proportions of the painting) on the top, sides, and bottom. The title of the painting and my studio name are printed underneath the image. Your order will arrive packaged in a protective stiff mailer.
