Portrait from “I See You"

'Wee Hydrant' has always been the one to hold friends and families together, both physically and emotionally. When this doesn't work, they find it really hard to not take it personally.

Inspired by 18th century portraits this series puts one’s attention on only one of the Beings found within the oil & mixed medium painting. Intuitive layers of oil, cold wax, embroidery, and solvents were used to build up ‘I See You’, a part of my Stories on Wood Collection.

Printed with a professional grade printer, I use archival pigment inks on fine art paper. Therefore, do not place in direct sunlight unless framed with UV protective glass. 8” x 10” prints will fit nicely into a standard 8” x 10” frame.

My images are reproduced according to the scale/proportions of the original painting. Therefore, each print will have around a 1/2" white border (maybe more depending on the original proportions of the painting) on the top, sides, and bottom. The title of the painting and my studio name are printed underneath the image. Your order will arrive packaged in a protective stiff mailer.
